A fter thirty-two years of legal experience in the areas of securities law, tax law, civil litigation, transactional situations and family law, as well as experience as a Certified Public Accountant, I have attained an extensive background and pool of knowledge from which I can provide legal services to those in need of a lawyer and/or consultant. Furthermore, as a result of my associations over the years and work within the community, I have established a network of professionals, organizations and resources to aid me in resolving various legal and business situations arising in California.
