Mark Davidson is a member in the Seattle office and past managing director of Williams Kastner. His practice concentrates on commercial litigation and business disputes. Mr. Davidson is a former U.S. Department of Justice trial attorney specializing in securities and bank fraud investigations and prosecutions. Mr. Davidson has been named to Super Lawyers by Washington Law & Politics magazine on multiple occasions. He has also been recognized by the Seattle Met magazine as a “Top Lawyer” in Commercial Litigation for 2010, a designation based upon Martindale-Hubbell's ranking of those practitioners in King County who have been judged by their peers to be “AV Preeminent”—the highest peer-review rating available. He is presently serving as co-chair of the Business Torts Committee and as a member of Leadership of the American Bar Association Litigation Section.
