Wray H. Kondo joined Watanabe Ing & Komeiji LLP in 1978 and was elected a partner in 1983. His principal areas of practice are government and regulatory law, including representation of clients before the Public Utilities Commission, State of Hawaii Agencies and County Planning Commissions, real estate litigation, commercial litigation, environmental law litigation, employment litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation and construction litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Kondo served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaii. Among his responsibilities was the representation of cases for the State Department of Health and the University of Hawaii.

Mr. Kondo is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hawaii Bar Association, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
