Thomas W. Seiler joined the firm as a partner in 1988, following ten years as a named partner in law firms in Orem and Provo .

As a leading Utah commercial litigation and personal injury lawyer, Thomas W. Seiler has earned a reputation throughout the Utah legal community as a diligent, experienced and knowledgeable advocate. Mr. Seiler has earned the prestigious AV rating from Martindale and Hubbel.  In 2005, Utah Business magazine named him one of the top 100 Commercial Litigators and one of the top 100 Personal Injury lawyers in Utah .  Mr. Seiler serves as the Chairman of the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Fourth Judicial Court.  In 2007, he was selected as among the top 5% of Nevada, Utah, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming practicing attorneys by his peers.

Mr. Seiler has served as an Examiner in Torts for the Utah State Bar since 1994, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Association for Justice since 1997. He is a Co-Founder of Law Help, a program which provides legal assistance to low income residents of Utah .
