Christa Cowart Turner focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation. Ms. Werder has experience in a variety of matters representing clients in business disputes, business torts, contractual disputes, construction litigation as well as real estate litigation, including representation of owners, contractors, real estate developers and investors.

Ms. Turner has also represented clients in appellate proceedings before the Fifth District Court of Appeals and the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to working at Baker Hostetler, Ms. Turner worked with a defense law firm representing clients in product liability litigation, insurance defense litigation and catastrophic injury cases.

Ms. Turner is a member of the Florida and Orange County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Florida Bar.
