Fletcher & Springer, LLP began in 1992 as a "defense firm", devoted to representing defendants in personal injury litigation. Today, as one of the "Top 100 Law Firms" in the state (1), Fletcher & Springer continues to not only devote itself to the defendant's side of the docket, but grow into a more diversified practice as well. Our attorneys handle suits involving claims arising out of personal injury, breach of contract, toxic chemicals, product liability, municipality issues, premises liability, insurance coverage, claims of bad faith, insurance code violations, employment issues, deceptive trade practices, automobile and truck accidents, professional and medical malpractice and civil rights violations. Our clients include individuals, corporations, insurance companies and governmental entities.

The firm is divided into trial and appellate sections, which work together on litigation. The trial section handles the preparations for trial, trials and the settlement of cases. The appellate section handles complex pre-trial motions (such as motions to dismiss or for summary judgment), appeals, opinion letters and insurance coverage litigation (since these are usually resolved in pre-trial motions).

Our Dallas office is located near the intersection of NorthPark Blvd. and Central Expressway. Our Austin office is located in the downtown area, just south of the state Capitol.
