Mr. Barneck is a shareholder of Richards Brandt Miller Nelson whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial cases both at the trial and appellate levels, including corporate and partnership issues, business contracts, trust and estate litigation, real property use and ownership, real estate broker/agent liability, receivership estates, and tax issues. He has represented numerous clients in the mediation process. Mr. Barneck maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of the Utah Legal Elite in business litigation for 2005 through 2009.  He was also selected for inclusion in 2009 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
