In fact, in 2003\2, the firm obtained the largest settlement verdict awarded in North Carolina in a personal injury lawsuit. Our lawyers have success in litigation, appeals, negotiation, and settlements for personal injury cases resulting from automobile accidents, instances of medical malpractice and nursing home abuse, or defective products.
