Kevin Kozal specializes in real estate, land use and general business law. Kozal's practice includes representing clients before various administrative agencies and in related transactional and general business matters.

Kozal earned a juris doctor degree and a master of business taxation degree from the University of Southern California and earned his bachelor of arts degree in accounting, cum laude, from Santa Clara University. Kozal's law school honors include having served as staff member and publication editor for Major Tax Planning and The Computer Law Journal. As an undergraduate, Kozal was elected to Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honor Society; and Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Honor Society for Business and Administration.

He has served as vice president of finance and as a member of the board of directors for the Center for Healthy Aging, a non-profit corporation providing health screening and counseling services to senior citizens in Santa Monica. He has also served as the chairperson of the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce's Government Relations and Land Use Committee and as a member of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce's General Plan Task Force. Currently he is volunteering with the Loaves & Fishes program at Saint Jude's Catholic Community in Westlake Village and providing real estate transactional assistance to Many Mansions, a nonprofit housing provider in Thousand Oaks.

Kozal is a member of the Los Angeles County and Santa Monica Bar associations. Kozal is also a licensed private pilot.
