As the predominant goal of subrogation is collection of funds on behalf of our clients we take an aggressive posture to bringing all claims to a quick resolution while striving to reach the maximum recovery possible. Our partnerships with collection firms allows us to offer enforcement of judgement methods not utilized by traditional law firms or sole practitioners. Insurance subrogation is not our stepping stone to other types of law. It is the focus of our firm and we make every effort to maintain the highest proficiency possible.

Lea & Nivinskus, ALC, came into existence in 1989 as Lea & Stedman. Our firm represents many clients in the insurance industry such as California Casualty Insurance, Farmers Insurance Exchange, Infinity Insurance, Mercury Insurance Group and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance. We provide representation in court as well as intercompany arbitrations. Lea & Nivinskus, ALC is a charter member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
