Lawyer Overview
Lynne Fischer practices primarily as a conflicts specialist in the Business Restructuring and Reorganization practice area. She acts as the lead staff attorney in overseeing the preparation and review of the Firm's disclosure regarding potential conflicts in conjunction with its retention as bankruptcy counsel involving debtor, creditor, and special counsel representations. Lynne has also conducted in-house training seminars for the Firm's bankruptcy Associates and legal assistants with respect to the Firm's policies and procedures regarding conflicts disclosures in the context of bankruptcy case filings.
Lynne first joined the Firm in 1979 as a corporate legal assistant. Between 1979 and 1986, she participated in numerous corporate securities and real estate transactions, with heavy emphasis in the areas of corporate and tax-exempt finance. Prior to rejoining the Firm in 1999, Lynne was associated with Wahldeger, Coyne & Associates where her practice was concentrated in the areas of health care law and litigation.
Lynne is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
