Charlotte E. Viener has been practicing law since October, 1998.  She was born on February 2, 1973 in Atlanta, GA and raised in New Orleans.  She is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, TN where she received a degree in  Political Science.  She received her Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in 1998.  Ms. Viener also studied at Oxford University in Oxford, England and American University in Washington, DC.  Before practicing law, Ms. Viener clerked for Louisiana Supreme Court Justice Jeanette Knoll.  Ms. Viener's practice is concentrated in Immigration law, Family law, and Personal Injury.  She is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
