We serve clients in the southern metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, including the cities of Hastings, Cottage Grove, Farmington, Cannon Falls, Rosemount, and Woodbury as well as the counties of Dakota, Washington, and Goodhue.

Fluegel Law Firm, P.A. serves average people of moderate means as well as wealthy clients who have significant tax concerns. We also provide estate planning tailored for farmers and small business owners who have unique assets they want to protect and pass on to their children.

Founded by Don Fluegel in 1962, our law firm has served three generations of clients in the southern metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Don practices with his partner, Dan Fluegel.

We were all born and raised in the area. We have close relatives in the farming industry and understand the unique estate planning issues of clients working in the farming and agricultural industry as well as our small town neighbors and friends and clients from Minneapolis / St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs.

In addition to estate planning and administration services, we handle municipal law for the city of Hastings, legal services for business formation and organization, as well as large real estate transitions, such as selling land for development.
