• Presented two cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
• Represented accused in Idaho’s largest federal methamphetamine case: 29 defendants
• Represented accused in Idaho’s largest federal marijuana grow case: 18 defendants
• Presented three cases before the Idaho Supreme Court and have another still pending
• Presented a probation violation in U.S. District Court, Central, Los Angeles
• Won a Writ of Prohibition against the State of Idaho Department Health & Welfare for an unlawful administrative garnishment of wages
• Defended a Senior Master Sergeant at Courts-Martial which resulted in an acquittal
