Mr. Bistany is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Department.  He focuses his practice in the areas of complex insurance coverage, bad faith and professional liability.

Mr. Bistany represents major property and casualty and professional liability insurance companies on a national and regional basis.  His practice includes representation in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution forums including private arbitration and mediation.  He has handled coverage and bad faith cases involving complex and emerging issues, including intellectual property, professional liability, directors and officers and fidelity bonds at both the trial and appellate level.
