Leon Frommer has been a practicing attorney in the Los Angeles, California area since 1977. Besides practicing as an attorney, Leon Frommer has also served as an Arbitrator and Mediator in the Los Angeles Courts. Mr.Frommer is also a licensed Notary Public.

He presently resides and has his main office in Valencia, California. He is a member of the State Bar of California (Workers Compensation Section) (1977), Los Angeles County Bar Association (Immigration Law Section) and is Certified Senior Advisor (CSA),and enjoys participating in various community affairs. Mr. Frommer has access to offices in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles (Mid-Wilshire) and Palm Desert for client appointments. In order to facilitate his clients needs, home and evening appointments can be arranged. Mediation services are also available for consumer law disputes.

Leon Frommer is also licensed by the State of California Department of Insurance (#0C05872)in Life Insurance, Variable and Fixed Annuities and Long Term Care Insurance. Financial products are offered through Total Financial Solutions in Newhall, California.
