Mr. Meyers received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 1977. He earned a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in philosophy from UCLA in 1974 and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Meyers has been a member of the California State Bar Association since 1977.
