Mr. Kapnick specializes in the representation of lenders in transactional andregulatory matters. He has over fifteen (15) years of experience handlingbank-owned real estate (REO)closings, commercial loan closings, private real estate closings and consumertransactions on behalf of New Jersey, New York and national lendinginstitutions. He is the Supervising Shareholder of the firm's Residential RealEstate Practice Area, including REO and evictions for New Jerseyclients, as well as SouthernNew York clients through Fein,Such & Crane, LLP.

Mr. Kapnick's "hands on" approach is well recognized andrespected throughout the industry. Among Mr. Kapnick's accomplishments was hisappointment as the sole representative of the New Jersey Bar to a Special RoundTable Committee established by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, where thecommittee's main charter was to establish new closing guidelines andprocedures. In addition, Mr. Kapnick co-authored an REO contractwhich is utilized by various lenders throughout the United States.

Mr. Kapnick is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
