Rich practices in the area of corporate finance, including governmental financing, asset-backed structured financing, industrial development and tax-exempt financing, energy company financing, and private-placement financing. Rich has represented both issuers and investors in a wide variety of structured finance transactions and asset securitizations, often involving emerging asset classes.
