Wayne Moskowitz is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group. His practice consists primarily of complex business litigation, and he is a member of Maslon's Appellate Team and Competitive Practices Team. A significant portion of his practice involves representing employers and employees in covenant not-to-compete and trade secret litigation. Wayne has significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in business tort and commercial contract disputes.
