Rose & Rose, P.C. is a four lawyer firm with a national practice based in Washington, D.C. The firm specializes in federal court litigation and appellate work, particularly in the areas of equal employment opportunity and environmental law. David L. Rose started the firm in December, 1987, following his departure from the U.S. Department of Justice. The firm maintains an active administrative and court practice representing individuals and groups with claims of race, religion, handicap, age, sex and national origin discrimination in employment. The firm has also successfully defended against large civil rights claims. The firm's environmental practice includes the representation of potentially responsible parties under hazardous waste laws and of citizen groups seeking to enforce environmental laws against polluting industries, litigation involving hazardous waste, environmental justice matters and toxic tort litigation.
