The Law Office of Stanton D. Goldberg was formed in March 1993, in Dallas, Texas and is located at the corner of Meadow Road and Central Expressway. The firm's founder and principal, Stanton D. Goldberg is an attorney and certified public accountant engaged in the practice of law with an emphasis on representation of clients in tax disputes and collection matters before the Internal Revenue Service, estate planning and probate, tax planning, asset protection planning and general business matters.

Mr. Goldberg has represented clients before the IRS and U.S. Tax Court and is heavily engaged in assisting clients on tax planning, audit, appeal and collection matters.

Mr. Goldberg's estate planning experiences include planning and drafting of tax planned wills (including bypass, marital and generation-skipping trusts), revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable remainder trusts, other estate planning and gifting alternatives, and integration of large retirement plans into estate plans.

Mr. Goldberg served as independent counsel to the Dallas regional marketing office of Lincoln Financial Group (an affiliate of Lincoln National Life insurance). In that capacity, Mr. Goldberg advised and counseled over 50 in-house Lincoln Financial Group associates and their clients on general and client specific tax, estate planning and asset protection matters.

Mr. Goldberg also maintains a significant practice advising businesses and their owners on business formation, financing and operational matters and is affiliated in practice with attorneys possessing significant expertise on international tax and transaction matters, mergers and acquisitions, and non-profit and healthcare tax and accounting issues.
