Our global representation of the various constituencies in restructurings and business rehabilitations includes official and unofficial committees of creditors, debtors (financially distressed companies), directors and officers of financially distressed companies, administrators, liquidators, receivers, trustees, and examiners, secured lenders and servicers of mortgage-backed securities, vendors, licensors, and lessors, purchasers of debt or assets of financially distressed companies and insurance companies as third-party creditors and litigants in state-law-based insurance company insolvency cases.
