Founded in 1980, Haber Silver & Simpson has maintained its commitment to provide unparalleled personal attention to every client. Members of the the firm include founding partner Karin Duchin Haber, Sherry L. Silver who joined in 1991 and became partner in 1997, Jane B. Simpson who joined in 2005 and became partner in 2007, and Jani Vinick an associate since 2006.

In addition, Karin Duchin Haber and Sherry L. Silver are both certified mediators in the State of New Jersey. Each handles a substantial amount of Family Law mediation while Karin Duchin Haber has also arbitrated several matters.

In the Landlord Tenant area, we represent landlords who own multifamily apartment buildings and litigate their tenancy and related matters in many counties.

The general Real Estate and Commercial litigation primarily involves contract and construction related issues.
