Kathleen Rockey's litigation practice focuses on personal injury, workers' compensation, domestic relations law and social security disability.

Ms. Rockey has successfully tried personal injury and wrongful death litigation resulting in significant verdicts.  She has participated in litigation in federal and state court and has argued cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court and Nebraska Court of Appeals.

Ms. Rockey has appeared in administrative proceedings involving the Federal Aviation Administration, the Nebraska Department of Education, the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, the Nebraska Employees Retirement System and the Social Security Administration.

Ms. Rockey has served as a Guardian Ad Litem in juvenile court proceedings and has been recognized for her work by the Nebraska Foster Care Review Board.
