Litigation experience includes prosecution and defense of major litigation matters. Some of his largest verdicts and settlements have involved public entity liability, inverse condemnation matters (such as landslides), breach of contract actions, products liability and serious personal injury claims. As a co-author of the three volume Rutter Practice Guide on Insurance Litigation, Mr. Casselman also has extensive experience involving first-party and third party claims, including examinations under oath, appraisals, subrogation, coverage opinions and bad-faith litigation. Mr. Casselman also has significant experience involving international business and transactional matters.
