Mr. Davies is a prominent trial attorney, having successfully tried, as lead counsel, over 125 cases to juries in the areas of business litigation, personal injury, insurance bad faith, construction and financial institution bonds. His practice includes representation of both defendants and plaintiffs. Mr. Davies has published in the field of products liability and has expertise in computers and technology. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Utah State Bar (where he has served as Chairman of the Legal Economics Committee), and the Salt Lake County Bar Association. He practices in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Davies has been a shareholder in the firm since 1984.  He was selected for inclusion in 2009 Mountain States Super Lawyers.
