Law Firm Overview

My firm is a sole practice concentrating in the area of creditors' rights. I handle bankruptcy litigation, collections and enforcement of judgments, mortgage foreclosures and other matters pertaining to creditors' rights as a sole practitioner since 1982. I represent clients both at the trial and appellate levels in the state and federal court systems, including the United States Supreme Court. I serve as local hearing counsel on bankruptcy and foreclosure matters for many out-of-area law firms.

I seek to maintain a quality relationship with each of my clients and believe that being a sole practitioner allows me to give each of my clients more personal attention. Communication is the key to client success. We have the latest technology to ensure the surest and most cost effective methods of both legal research and client communication.
