Bob Canala practices in the area of litigation and intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, unfair competition, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, and employment contracts. He has considerable experience in all aspects of jury and nonjury matters before state and federal courts and before the International Trade Commission. He also has considerable experience in drafting employment agreements and patent clearance opinions and in negotiating and drafting patent licenses, joint technology development agreements, and technology transfer agreements.
