Anne Boileau has extensive experience in French labor matters, including individual and collective employment relationships for French and non-French clients involving employment agreements, executive compensation plans, expatriation and secondment, workforce restructuring, employee representation, management of relations with employee representatives and unions, and collective agreements.
Anne regularly advises French and international companies, such as MasterCard, Merrill Lynch, Dassault Systèmes, Diebold, Timberland, Goodrich Corporation, Research In Motion, Mentor Corporation, as well as French subsidiaries of large multinational groups in their restructuring, transactional activities, and day-to-day labor and employment law issues. She also has represented clients in sectors such as aviation, the chemical industry, and electronics manufacturing.
