My law firm is dedicated to providing my clients with individualized, effective, responsive, professional and affordable services in a manner designed to obtain for them their personal or business objectives through expeditious negotiation and litigation.

 My practice is devoted to serving individuals and small businesses who require effective litigation counsel able to respond to the client's particular needs and objectives. After working for a decade in large law firms and in the public sector, I founded the Law Offices of Louis Spitters in 1993 to provide more personalized representation of my clients. I personally handle my clients' matters from beginning to end in a collaborative manner. My practice has developed over the ensuing dozen years because of my dedication to my clients, and due to my background and experience which have enabled me to present my clients' cases in a manner that has permitted them to achieve their objectives. I maintain the highest ethical standards in dealing with my clients, attorneys and the courts.
 
My practice is limited to litigation matters only. Before commencing any litigation, I encourage my clients to attempt to negotiate a settlement of their dispute. Most controversies are resolved by negotiated settlement. Sometime litigation is required in order to obtain the information necessary to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Some cases simply must be presented to a jury. I have over two decades of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters. I am able to assist you in determining the best means for resolving your dispute in a manner that achieves your objectives.
