Real Estate partner, Carolyn Jordan was born in 1962 in Los Angeles, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1983 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986. At UCLA, she served on the Federal Communications Law Journal and on the Administrative Chair of the UCLA Moot Court Honors Program. She received the American Jurisprudence award in Real Property.

Ms. Jordan was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986 and associated with the law firm of Wyman, Bautzer, Christensen, Kuchel & Silbert. She left with the founding partners of the Firm.

Ms. Jordan's practice involves real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing and real estate secured financing for both publicly traded and privately held companies. She was one of the partners involved in the negotiation of the world headquarters lease for a prominent NYSE entertainment company; she has acquired numerous office properties for several publicly traded REITs, and she has recently completed the stock disposition of multiple hospitality properties on behalf of a NYSE hotel and casino company.

Ms. Jordan also has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, including the Mandalay Resort Group merger, various dispositions and acquisitions of gaming properties in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ms. Jordan was named a Southern California Super Lawyer in 2007.

Ms. Jordan's volunteer efforts have included serving as President of her children's school's Parent Association during 2006-2007 and 2005-2006.

Ms. Jordan resides in Los Angeles with her family. Ms. Jordan has two children.
