I have been practicing law for more than 30 years, and in that time my Law Firm has come to concentrate in the area of creditors' & debtors' rights and debt collection. We have represented companies in the following industries: banks; mortgage companies; employee leasing; title insurance; office supplies; plumbing supplies; long distance telephone; cellular telephone; physicians; dentists; art galleries; publishers; etc.

We represent debtors and creditors in New Jersey and elsewhere, and have recovered debts in New Jersey, the other 49 States and foreign countries. Our firm is efficient and aggressive in debt collection, and our experience serves our clients well. If you have debts you cannot collect, if you need to reduce the age of your receivables; if you want to gain respect and borrowing power from your bank; if debtors are paying others but not you; if you need help in managing receivables and debt collection-- we can help.

We are not a collection agency. The only thing they can do is write letters and make phone calls. What we do is sue debtors. We know the law and make it work for our clients -- whether those clients are creditors or debtors.
