One aspect of our practice involves representing and protecting the rights of injured individuals. We are experienced helping injured people receive full compensation for injuries resulting from such things as car and other motor vehicle accidents, dangerous and defective products, or injuries on the premises of another such as slip and falls or injuries that result from an unsafe or unsecured property.

Our firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. We handle all types of criminal cases, from minor infractions and misdemeanors, such as traffic violations, to the most serious felony indictments, including: drunk driving (DUI / DWI), drug possession, narcotics sales, violent crimes, juvenile offenses, and probation violations.

Our firm performs residential, commercial and industrial real estate transactional and litigation work for a number of sellers, purchasers, real estate brokers and private individuals. We assist the purchase and sale of real estate, including negotiating and drafting purchase agreements and other documents, ensuring good title, and closings.

When a death occurs, assisting a personal representative requires legal knowledge, as well as compassion and an understanding of the goals of the family. We are experienced in dealing with the probate and estate administration process.
