Mr. Hellen's practice concentrates in litigation in various areas including insurance defense, product liability, professional malpractice, Dram Shop liability, and disputes involving construction, commercial transactions, Americans with Disabilities Act, and banking transactions. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Memphis and his Juris Doctor degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. He has served as a Hearing Committee Member for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. He is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
