My "bread and butter" practice is patent application and prosecution, together with any associated trademark and copyright work. In addition, I associate in Constitutional law cases, involving the First Amendment mostly, but also criminal defense (public trial, etc.) My rapidly expanding work relates to the Internet and domain names, especially in the defense of domain name holders (have not had any actual cybersquatters).
