He also received a certificate of attainment from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Institutio de Derecho Comparado, Mexico, D.F. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Robert W. Honeyman, Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Weand was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1963. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, and the Montgomery County Orphans' Court. He has also participated in proceedings before the judges of the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.
