Lawyer Overview

Terry Daley is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, he graduated magna cum laude from Canisius College and graduated from Boston College Law School in 1979.

Throughout his entire career, Terry has concentrated his practice in personal injury and worker's compensation litigation. He has tried more than thirty jury cases to verdict and has tried hundreds of worker's compensation claims.

Terry's accomplishments have been recognized by the legal community by his inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Who's Who in American Law, he is also a frequent lecturer to various Bar groups on topics concerning personal injury, trial practice and worker's compensation litigation.

Terry is a sustaining member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
