A Partner whose practice specializes in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy law and business reorganization, Bruce Levin has significant experience in the litigation and trial of construction, surety, finance, securities, accounting, land use, and title insurance matters. Attorney Levin has significant trial experience involving complex multi-party litigation and has obtained several multi-million dollar awards for his clients. 

Attorney Levin has appeared numerous times before NASD, NYSE and FINRA securities arbitration panels, as well as numerous state and federal courts. His practice has included representation of creditors, debtors, liquidators and professionals in several of the country’s largest and most complex bankruptcy proceedings. 

Both professionally and personally, Attorney Levin is experienced in handling cross-border and international matters. He is one of very few Americans to have a current license to practice as a Solicitor in England. Attorney Levin is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese, Thai and Dutch.

Commercial Litigation

Successfully defended individuals during a four week federal court trial against claims for piercing the corporate veil, RICO, and unfair trade practices.

Represented developers of co-generation facility against a major utility company in a 3 month state court trial. Case settled after trial for in excess of $8,000,000.00.

After a 5 week jury trial, obtained a million dollar judgment against prominent local corporation for breach of fiduciary duty and freezing out minority shareholders.

Bankruptcy

Represented consortium of 16 municipal power facilities in reorganizations of Public Service Co. of New Hampshire and Eastern Maine Electrical Cooperative.

Represented debtor in successful reorganization of 472 unit apartment complex in Orlando, Florida.

Represented vendors in the bankruptcy proceedings of numerous national retail stores, in New York, Delaware, and Massachusetts.
