Peter A. Law, P.C. is a trial firm dedicated to the representation of individuals who have suffered injuries and death due to the negligence of others. Pete has been chosen by various independent surveys as one of Georgia's top trial laywers. (Atlanta Magazine, 2004 and 2005 Super Lawyers). The Georgia business community also selected Pete as a top trial lawyer, selecting him as a "Georgia Legal Elite" (Georgia Business Trend). We pride ourselves on aggressively pursuing each case with our client's best interest in mind. Typical areas of practice include automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, medical negligence and virtually all types of cases involving injury or business torts.

In addition to Pete, the firm employs attorney Davis K. Loftin. Davis attended the University of South Carolina and Emory University School of Law. Davis graduated from the University of South Carolina Magna Cum Laude with a college academic record placing him among the top 1% of all graduates. During law school, Davis clerked for some of the South's best personal injury law firms. After passing the bar, Davis worked for several well-known Atlanta lawyers, working in State, Federal and the Appellate Courts throughout Georgia.

The firm also employs attorney E. Michael Moran. Mike received several leadership and academic awards both in college and law school. During law school, he clerked for several litigation firms and the Fulton County District Attorney's office. Following the bar examination, Mike has practiced for many years in the area of personal injury.

The firm employs several legal assistants, all of whom develop excellent relationships with each client and are always knowledgeable as to the activities in each file. Since the firm works primarily on a contingency fee arrangement, clients usually do not pay hourly for attorney, paralegal or law clerk efforts. Moreover, our past successes, which include many million-dollar recoveries, allow us to dedicate tremendous financial resources to each and every case.
