BUSINESS PLANNING: We provide analysis of your present personal, business and financial situation and counsel new or existing businesses on choice of entities (general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, business trust or various forms of corporations). We then provide all necessary documents to accomplish that purpose.

BUSINESS REPRESENTATION: We provide advice and counsel in most areas of business and commercial law. We insure the continuity of your corporation or other business entity by providing continuous assistance and advice. The drafting of documents for the purchase and sale of a business, employment agreements, shareholder buy-sell agreements, contracts, and other documents necessary for most commercial and financial transactions are all provided by our office. We also provide expert commercial litigation advice.

EMPLOYMENT AND PERSONNEL MATTERS: One additional subspecialty of the office involves employment law and personnel advice, a growing problem area for businesses. We furnish employers with the input necessary to establish helpful and protective personnel handbooks. We also represent employers in wage and hour disputes or employee claims for unemployment compensation. Jeffrey Sandman has over twenty-five years experience in counseling and represent employers in employment related matters such as claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge or sexual harassment. A significant part of that counseling is providing businesses with preventative training in those aspects of employment law.

Jeffrey Sandman has been in the practice of law in Colorado since 1971. Since completing law school he has served as an assistant general counsel for a large American Stock Exchange listed corporation. In Colorado, he has served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado and has been in the private practice of law for over twenty-five years. He prides himself on working closely with his clients and providing the personal hands-on expert legal advice necessary in today's modern business environment.
