Extensive experience in lending matters representing both lenders and borrowers in documenting unsecured loans and loans secured by a variety of collateral including real estate, equipment, inventory and receivables; construction lending and subsequent workout matters.  Broad experience in matters involving the issuance and payment of letters of credit and securing the issuing bank's position. Involved in negotiating domestic and international sales of goods contracts and dealership agreements.  Extensive experience in real estate development, including zoning and planning matters and representing sellers and buyers of real estate as well as landlords and tenants in negotiating significant sales contracts and lease agreements.  Also experienced in representation of borrowers, credit enhancers and bond purchasers in connection with industrial revenue bond transactions.
