Nicholas Caputo is a partner in the firm's Litigation and Real Estate Departments.  Mr. Caputo's litigation practice covers a broad range of State and Federal complex commercial litigation, including business and contracts disputes, shareholder and other corporate disputes, real estate, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, employment litigation.  He has extensive experience in insurance coverage litigation.  Prior to joining Robinson Brog, Mr. Caputo was an associate attorney at Mendes & Mount, LLP.

Mr. Caputo's real estate practice includes representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leasing and in landlord-tenant proceedings.

Mr. Caputo earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 1993.  He was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review and member of the Moot Court Association.  He received his bachelor's degree from Boston University.
