Law Firm Overview

Our firm has two members who are engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis on civil litigation, estate planning and probate.  We provide quality service for our clients at reasonable rates.  We evaluate our clients' cases and determine the course of action that best serves our clients' interests without creating unnecessary attorney fees and expenses.

Michael J. Murphy was admitted to practice in 1973 and obtained a J.D. from Creighton University in 1970.  He specializes in real estate law, corporation law, estate planning, probate law and commercial litigation.  Mr. Murphy served as the York County Attorney from 1976-1978, and as a Deputy York County Attorney from 1976-1981.

Charles W. Campbell was admitted to practice in 1982 and obtained a J.D. cum laude from Creighton University in 1982. He served as the York County Attorney from 1987-1998 and was a Deputy York County Attorney from 1982-1987.  He is a member of the Nebraska Trial Attorneys Association.  He has handled over 100 jury trials and over 60 appeals to the Nebraska Supreme Court, Nebraska Court of Appeals, and 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He specializes in personal injury cases and civil litigation.  He also serves as the attorney for the cities of York and Henderson, and the Villages of Fairmont and Exeter, Nebraska.

The firm of Angle, Murphy & Campbell, P.C., L.L.O. handles civil disputes of all kinds, and its members have substantial experience in conducting trials in district and county courts throughout the State and also in federal courts.  The firm strives to provide prompt and personal service to its clients, and to remain in frequent communication with clients about their cases.
