In more than twenty five years of practicing law at the law firm of Don Pilzer, PC, we have helped thousands of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants secure benefits, and we now devote our practice exclusively to Social Security Disability claims.

Our offices are in Greenville, South Carolina, in the 300 Building on University Ridge (across from County Square), the same building in which Social Security hearings are held. We represent clients seeking Social Security benefits throughout Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, Spartanburg, and Union counties in upstate South Carolina, including the communities of Pickens, Anderson, Spartanburg, Union, Taylors, Greer, Easley, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Greenville, and Seneca. We also accept claims in Laurens, Greenwood, and Abbeville counties.

Don Pilzer is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He is also an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has served on the board of United Ministries, an organization that works to provide basic necessities to homeless people.

He also has served on the board of Gateway House, an organization that offers housing and pre-vocational services to mentally ill adults. The Better Business Bureau of the Foothills has awarded him the Chairman’s Award for 15 years of outstanding community service. In his law practice and in his personal life, he is committed to helping the people who need it most.
