Kelley has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States. She has significant experience in complex commercial litigation matters, including litigation matters related to major chapter 11 bankruptcy filings. Some of Kelley's noteworthy representations include:

• IBM v. Omnicare, Inc. — Successfully argued appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, securing a multimillion dollar judgment on behalf of IBM.

• Gramercy Alumina, LLC, et al. v. Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp., et al. — Defended Kaiser Aluminum in breach of contract action related to sale of Jamaican operations.

• In re Dana Corporation, et al. — Represented debtors in various adversary proceedings and contested matters, including complicated manufacturing disputes.

• Kmart Creditor Trust v. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP — Represented creditors' trust in multimillion dollar accounting malpractice and breach of contract case.

• Berco Construction, et al. v. West American Insurance, et al. — Represented workers compensation insurers in class action matter involving consumer fraud and unjust enrichment claims.

• The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Allegheny Health Education and Research Foundation v. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP — Represented creditors' committee in multimillion dollar professional negligence and breach of contract case.

• Montgomery Ward Holding Corp., et al. and Montgomery Ward, LLC, et al. — Represented the debtors and their successor estates in various adversary proceedings, contested matters, and related appeals filed in these serial retail bankruptcy cases, including multimillion dollar real estate, tax, and contractual matters.

• The Elder-Beerman Stores Corp. — Represented debtors in adversary proceedings and contested matters related to retail bankruptcy case.

Kelley is a member of the board of directors for The Women's Fund of Central Ohio and is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
