Mr. Draim has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts, including jury and non-jury trials, as well as appellate arguments. A principal focus of Mr. Draim's practice has been the defense of attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice actions. Mr. Draim has also handled numerous other professional liability, insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. In addition, Mr. Draim has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country in products liability cases involving medical devices, asbestos, machinery and other products. Mr. Draim is the co-author of Virginia Law of Products Liability, Second Edition (2002) (West Publishing Company).
