Law Firm Overview
Linda K. Wray - Attorney At Law
Twin Cities Legal Service - Family & Collaborative Law
The dissolution of a marriage is one of the most difficult events in a person's life. The legal process of divorce ideally should not contribute to conflict between partners, but instead should enable partners to restructure their families with dignity, respect and integrity. Linda works with each of her clients to educate them about the processes available to resolve their legal issues outside of the court system, including collaborative law, mediation and early neutral evaluations. She assists clients with choosing a process consistent with their goals and values. Once a process is chosen, Linda works extensively with each of her clients to identify his or her needs, priorities and goals concerning parenting issues, support and property division. She provides sophisticated, client-centered services, and is an experienced negotiator which enables her to maximize optimal client outcomes. For those clients whose cases should be handled in the court system, Linda is a skilled and seasoned trial attorney.
