John Holden has also represented landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations. These negotiations invlove retail space and commercial office space. His firm can help you review, draft and negotiate commercial property leases and agreements both for the tenant and landlord.

John Holden has represented businesses and individuals before administrative agencies and in Minnesota Courts. He has conducted investigations of discrimination/harassment employee complaints and employee disputes, and has assisted businesses in responding to these complaints.

He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
