(American Board of Trial Advocates) and certified as Civil Trial Specialists by N.B.T.A (National Board of Trial Advocacy). We have recognized verdicts in California of millions of dollars. Eric is the President-Elect for 2001 of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. Both Jim and Eric are court appointed arbitrators and mediators in several counties.
