Law Firm Overview

The Traut Firm includes brothers James and Eric, along with their staff. We represent victimized people ... not corporations or insurance companies. Our achievements are prominent throughout the legal community. Most of our clients are referred to us by other attorneys who recognize the tenacity, knowledge and trial results that our firm brings to each and every client. Over 50 years of combined experience representing injured plaintiffs. We prosecute an average of a dozen local trials every year. Many have resulted in six and seven figure verdicts.

In 2009, James was voted "Trial Lawyer of the Year" by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). James also received the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association "Trial Lawyer of the Year" Award for 2002, while Eric received it for 2003. James and Eric are members of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Consumer Attorneys Association of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of L.A., and American Trial Lawyers Association.
